We are very pleased to be a Lexware Office Technology Partner since July 2022. From our own experience, we can recommend accounting via Lexware Office. Through the interface, customers of KleanApp and Lexware Office particularly benefit from the open items overview in Lexware Office.

With Lexware Office, you can create quotes, write invoices, track expenses, scan receipts with your smartphone, automatically handle accounting and payroll, and prepare your tax return - all in one system, without prior knowledge.
What are the benefits of the Lexware Office partnership for KleanApp customers?
KleanApp offers a solution tailored to the requirements of building cleaning for quote creation, order management and invoicing through its integrated financial module.
Quotes and orders can be created as one-time, recurring, or effort-based (work order). Your customer can digitally sign the work order on phones or tablets and also commission new special services.
When using KleanApp's integrated time tracking, a detailed analysis and cost control is performed by comparing monthly wage costs with invoiced personnel costs per object!
What can the KleanApp to Lexware Office interface do?
Customer data reconciliation:
Customer data can be synchronized in both directions. This keeps the data up to date on both sides and you don't have to maintain information twice.
Sending invoices:
Invoices created in KleanApp are automatically transferred to Lexware Office as accounting vouchers including the PDF file and can then be quickly posted upon receipt of payment. Work orders are attached to the invoice as PDF files including signatures.
Open items:
When payment receipts are recorded in Lexware Office for the invoices, this status is immediately sent to KleanApp.

Lexware Office comes from Lexware, based in Freiburg im Breisgau. Lexware has been offering commercial software solutions to self-employed, freelancers and small and medium-sized businesses since 1989. In 2012, several Lexware development teams in Freiburg created an accounting software and brought Lexware Office to life.
