The recording of start/end times of employees at the object as well as of individual cleanings can be carried out using various technical methods.

With KleanApp you can control both the arrival/departure of employees (both per object and in the central office) and the carrying out of of individual activities (e.g. the disinfection of a device) by means of a 'scan'.

Barcode, NFC, phone and terminal

KleanApp supports barcode and NFC tag scanning methods, as well as time tracking via phone and terminals. Depending on the project and on-site conditions, you can choose between the individual methods.

Real-time alerts (optional with GPS tracking)

Numerous warning notifications support you in your daily work. You will be promptly informed when an employee does not appear at the object or there are irregularities (scan outside the object). This allows you to act before your customer complains.

Reporting

All data can be edited and exported for further processing in reports. Employee attendance and absence is displayed in real time in a clear overview.
