Ticket system – E-Mail collector

Another module we integrated in our ticket system is the E-Mail collector.

If a customer sends an E-Mail to a predefined E-Mail address the E-Mail collector will automatically create a KleanApp ticket from it.

The mail has to include either the object name or object number to match the ticket to the right object.

E-Mail attachments will be transferred to the ticket as well.

The KleanApp E-Mail collector is included in the pro licence if you are using the ticket system so you won´t be facing more costs.
